User Story

As a user, I want an intuitive and visually appealing interface for my todo app with essential features easily accessible.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement a UI container with a background image covering 25% of the top height and a dark background for the remaining 75%.
• Include a title "TODO" and a sun icon for the dark theme.
• Add an input field for new todos with a placeholder text and an empty state image with descriptive text for no tasks.
