As a user, I want the option to delete tasks from my list, keeping it updated and relevant to my current needs.
Acceptance Criteria
- Add a hover feature to reveal an "X" icon for each task.
- Enable task deletion by clicking the "X" icon.
- Ensure the UI reverts to the empty state when all tasks are deleted.
