User Story

I want to play against a challenging CPU with intuitive interactions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Allow players to place X or O marks on the board.
• Develop CPU logic for automated, strategic responses.
• Add hover effects with blue or orange rectangles for player moves.
• Optionally implement hover effects for the CPU's "thinking" time.
