Sticky Navigation

User story

As a user, I want to navigate easily between different stages of the quiz.

Acceptance criteria

• Include a sticky navigation bar with "Back to Home Page" and "Start New Quiz" buttons.
• The "Back to Home Page" button should navigate to the initial page on click.
• The "Start New Quiz" button should restart the quiz with new questions and navigate to the first question on click.
