User Story

As a user, I want to view a Pokedex interface with Pokémon cards that dynamically change color based on Pokémon type and adapt to different screen sizes.

Acceptance Criteria

• Display the 'Pokedex' logo prominently.
• Develop Pokémon cards that include images, names, and numbers.
• Implement a responsive design that starts with four cards on bigger screens.
• Cards should adapt their background color according to the Pokémon type.
• Add skeleton loading, error handling, and data pagination.
