New Note

User story

As a user, I want to add a new note.

Acceptance criteria

• The "Add Note" dialog should open on the "+ Add" button click and contain fields for title, category, and description.
• The date of the note should be created automatically using the current date.
• Clicking the "Add" button should add the new note to the page and close the dialog.
• Clicking the "Cancel" button should close the dialog.
• Can be a simple UI of an added note as it'll be implemented in the next card.
