List Notes

User story

As a user, I want to see all of my created notes in one place.

Acceptance criteria

• All created notes should be displayed on the page.
• Each note should display its title, description, date, and a colored label indicating its category.
• The notes should be sorted by date, with the newest at the top.
• Each note should have action icon buttons, non-functional for now.
