Hourly Forecast

User story

As a user, I want to see the hourly forecast for the next 24 hours for the searched location.

Acceptance criteria

• Display an hourly forecast for the next 24 hours.
• The hourly forecast should be horizontally scrollable and start at 00:00 and end at 23:00.
• The forecast should include the hour, weather condition icon, and temperature for each hour.
