Error Handling

User story

As a user, I want to see a friendly error message when the Weather App fails to load data from the API and be able to refresh the page to retry.

Acceptance criteria

• When the API request fails, a friendly error message should be displayed to the user.
• A refresh button should be displayed alongside the error message, allowing the user to retry the request when clicked.
