Skeleton Loading

User story

As a user, I want to see skeleton-loading animations while new GIFs are being loaded, especially during fast swiping, to enhance the user experience.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement skeleton loading animations to provide visual feedback during the loading process.
• Ensure the skeleton loading animations are displayed when new GIFs are being loaded, particularly during fast swiping.
