User story

As a user, I want to access GifTok on my desktop and experience a responsive grid-based interface to browse and view GIFs.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement the desktop version of GifTok using a responsive grid-based layout.
• Choose a Grid Giphy component or custom implementation to create the desired desktop interface.
• Display skeleton loaders while GIFs are loading, and provide an animated loader when scrolling for more GIFs.
• Show user details and GIF titles on hover for a consistent experience with the mobile version.
• When clicking on the user, it should open the user's GIPHY profile in a new tab.
