User story

As a user, I want to quickly navigate to specific sections of a restaurant's menu, such as popular dishes or lunch options, to find what I'm looking for faster.

Acceptance criteria

• Shortcuts (e.g., Popular, Lunch) are displayed in the restaurant details page.
• Clicking on a shortcut scrolls the page to the relevant section in the menu.
• Shortcuts are implemented as a carousel, and only one can be selected at a time.
