User story

As a User, I want a sidebar that can be toggled open and closed with an arrow icon, displaying both icons and titles for navigation items when open, and only icons when closed, to enhance my navigation experience.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement a collapsible sidebar with an arrow icon for toggling.
• Ensure icons are displayed with titles in the open state and only icons in the closed state.
• Icons should be presentational and not clickable.
