Integration List

User story

As a User, I want a "List of Integrations" card displaying a table with columns for Application (including logo and name), Type, Rate (visual progress and percentage), and Profit, to easily manage and understand my integrations.

Acceptance criteria

• Create a "List of Integrations" card with a table format.
• Include columns for Application (with logo and name), Type, Rate (visual and percentage), and Profit.
• Ensure the table allows for selection via checkboxes.
