User story

As a game player, I want a visually appealing home page with intuitive elements so that I can navigate the game easily.

Acceptance criteria

• The home page should include a game rules icon in the left upper corner.
• The home page should include a sound icon in the right upper corner.
• The home page should have a centered "COLOR MEMORY" title.
• The home page should include the circle-shaped component that is centered, from the previous card.
• The home page should have a centered "NEW GAME" button.
