Circle-shaped Component

User story

As a game player, I want a circle-shaped component with four clickable colors so that I can interact with the game.

Acceptance criteria

• The component should be circular in shape.
• The component should have four colors: green, red, blue, and yellow.
• Only one color should be highlighted at a time.
• The component should have two sizes: small for game rules and a default size for gameplay.
