Onboarding Page

User story

As a user, I want to see an appealing onboarding page when I first visit the chat application. The page should include a logo, a title, and a prominent "Get Started" button. Additionally, I expect the layout to have a split-view design with two columns. The right column should feature a different background and display an image of a hand holding a phone.
