Chat Page Footer

User story

As a user, I want the main chat page to have a footer section for additional functionality. The footer should include an emoji icon on the left, a text input field with a placeholder of "Send a message...", and a disabled send icon.

Acceptance criteria

• The main chat page includes a footer section.
• The footer section has an emoji icon positioned on the left.
• The footer shouldn't scroll.
• The footer section also includes a text input field with a placeholder of "Send a message...".
• The send icon in the footer section is initially disabled.
